We are so excited to share photos of our most recently completed home. This is a one-story home, 3,375 square feet, and full of personalized details chosen by our homeowners. On the exterior of the home our client chose White Hillstone brick, Austin Cream stone and White Leathered Architectural Limestone, all with white mortar. The siding is painted Bark 1007-7 from Pittsburgh Paints. The roof has metal accents in dark bronze and the cedar accents are stained Black Walnut.
Wood flooring, in Escalara Devon, is used throughout most of house. The family room features a trio of chandeliers, supplied by our homeowner, and stained cedar beams. The brick fireplace uses the same brick as the exterior with a floating cedar mantle. Along the back wall of the family room is a large butt-glass window that measures 16 feet wide, allowing for unobstructed views of the backyard.
Our homeowners chose a raised panel cabinet style in two colors for the kitchen and extending the cabinets to the ceiling. The perimeter is painted Divine White with a Cocoa glaze and the venthood & island are stained Espresso. The venthood is the 36″ Provence style.
The kitchen island is our ergonomically engineered Mustang Island with the countertop extension, Sharp drawer microwave, and 36″ Kohler Whitehaven two bowl farm sink. The countertop along the kitchen perimeter is Cold Springs granite and the island countertop is Carrara Grigio quartz. The backsplash is a Marble Calcutta/Thassos Ocean Drive polished mosaic.
The master suite features a vaulted ceiling bedroom with cedar beams and luxurious bath with dual vanities, pedestal tub, and walk-in shower. The Tahoe-style bathroom cabinets are painted Sherwin Williams Indigo Batik 7602 with a satin finish with a quartz countertop in Stellar White. Crescent Cape Grace 12×24″ tile is used on the floor and shower surround with a coordinating mosaic on the shower floor, Cape Grace Spectator Knot mosaic. Both shower and tub have a mosaic shelf accent in Soho MJ Vision Lantern Antique Mirror with White Quartzite line. The plumbing fixtures are Delta Dryden in Champagne Bronze.
The rest of the home is full of beautiful details such as the wine room off the family room that features a gold sphere chandelier supplied by our homeowner. The walls and ceiling are painted Blue Fjord 1163-6 and the trim is painted Black Magic 1001-7, both from Pittsburgh Paint.
