Welcome to our in-depth look of one of our showcase homes! This 2,909 square foot home was designed, built, and staged as a limited time model home. For the exterior of the home we used vertical siding and painted brick in Delicate White 1001-1PPG from Pittsburgh Paint accented by Charcoal stone with White Mortar. The trim is painted Black Magic 518-7PPG from Pittsburgh paints and the roof has metal accents in black.
Luxury vinyl tile, in Adura Flex Napa Spirit, is used throughout most of house. Then entry way features a barrel vault ceiling with a thin brick in Koni Brick Grey with white mortar. A study, accessed through a chevron patterned knotty alder barn door, stained Deep Ebony, has carpet in Stone Path 00503.
The family room features an electric fireplace and a mixed material surround with Sussex Ludlow Ash 12×24″ tile, shiplap painted Decorator White, and wood mantle stained Deep Ebony. Along the back wall of the family room is a large butt-glass window that measures 16 feet wide, allowing for unobstructed views of the backyard.
We chose a Tahoe-style cabinet in two colors for the kitchen. The perimeter is painted Repose Gray and the island is painted Cadet SW9143. The venthood is the 36″ Provence style.
The kitchen island is our ergonomically engineered Mustang Island with Sharp drawer microwave, and a matte black undermount sink. The countertop along the kitchen perimeter is Concerto quartze and the island countertop is Calacatta Classique quartz. The backsplash is a Marble Palisandro/Dolomite Versailles polished mosaic.
The master suite features a pop-up ceiling bedroom and luxurious bath with dual vanities, pedestal tub, walk-in shower, and boutique-style dressing area. The Tahoe-style bathroom cabinets are painted Sherwin Williams Samover Silver SW6233 with a quartz countertop in Stellar White. Construct Ghost White 12×24″ tile is used on the floor and shower surround in an offset pattern. The plumbing fixtures are Moen Gylde Chrome.
The rest of the home is full of beautiful details such as the statement vanities in the powder bath and secondary bath, the tile wall surround in the powder bath in 3×12″ Soho Masia Gris Claro, the built in mud bench, and the casual dining space just off the kitchen.
