This gorgeous new two-story home is 4,792 square feet and full of designer details chosen by our homeowners. The exterior of the home is a combination of vertical siding and brick, both painted Delicate White PPG1001-1 from Pittsburgh Paints. The cedar accents are stained Sierra Semi Translucent and the roof has metal accents in matte black.
Wood flooring, in Timberland Smoke, is used throughout most of house. The family room includes stained cedar beams, stone fireplace in Austin White stone with white mortar, and custom chandelier provided by our homeowner. The stained wood staircase has painted treads, box newels and iron ballusters in satin black.
For the kitchen, our homeowners chose a mix of open shelving, stained Special Walnut, and a Tahoe-style cabinets. The perimeter cabinets are painted High Reflective and the island is painted Waterloo SW9141 from Sherwin Williams. The venthood is the 36″ Abington style. Decorative pendant lights were provided by our homeowner.
The kitchen island is our ergonomically engineered Mustang Island with Sharp drawer microwave and wood countertop in Black Walnut. The countertop along the kitchen perimeter is Calacatta Vicenza quartz and includes the 36″ Fireclay one-bowl farm sink. The dramatic countertop-to-ceiling backsplash is a thin brick in Yukon, laid in a herringbone pattern with white mortar.
The master suite features a vaulted ceiling bedroom with cedar beams, shiplap accent wall and luxurious bath with dual vanities, pedestal tub, and walk-in shower. The Tahoe-style bathroom cabinets are painted High Reflective with a quartz countertop in Statuary Classique. The floor tile is Modular Argento 12×24″. Both the shower surround and tub surround feature a 3″ x 6″ subway tile in IC Brite White. The shower has a tile accent between dual shower heads in Marble Carrera/Bardiglio Michigan Avenue Polished mosiac and uses a 1″ mosaic tile in White Carrera for the floor. The plumbing fixtures are Moen Dartmore in brushed nickel. Vanity sconces and the tub chandelier are provided by the homeowner as are the vanity mirrors, which were installed after move-in.
The rest of the home is full of beautiful details such as the upstairs study area with Tahoe-style cabinets painted Naval SW6244 from Sherwin Williams and the casual dining space off the kitchen.
