We’re back with another beautiful new home! This is a 2,750 square foot one-story home, with an outdoor fireplace. On the exterior of the home our client chose vertical siding, painted Focus 1008-1 from Pittsburg Paints, and Austin White Stone. The siding is painted Stones Throw 1008-7 from Pittsburgh Paints. The cedar accents are stained Black Oak 713.
Wood flooring in Prairie View Chestnut PRV453 is used throughout most of the home. The walls are painted Elusion and the trim is painted Decorator white.
The kitchen features a shaker cabinet style with cabinets extending to the ceiling. The perimeter cabinets are painted High Reflective and the island cabinets are painted Iron Ore.
The kitchen island countertop is Calacatta Leon Quartz and the perimeter countertops are Maron Cohiba Leathered. The backsplash is Tumbled Marble Ice White 3×6 in a Herringbone pattern with a cooktop accent in Soho MJ Vision Lantern Black Quartzite with Antique Mirror.
The primary suite features a spacious bedroom and luxurious bath with dual vanities, pedestal tub, and open-air shower. The Raised Panel style bathroom cabinets are stained Espresso with a quartz countertop in Cambria Summerhill. Crescent Cape Grace 12×24″ tile is used on the floor in an offset pattern. Enceiro Nemesis 12×24″ tile is used on the shower and tub walls in an offset pattern and the shower floor is the Quartzite Silver Polygon mosaic.
The rest of the home is full of beautiful details like the patterned tile in the utility room and an outdoor fireplace.
