We are pleased to take an in-depth look at another beautiful newly completed home. This two-story home is 4,300 square feet with beautiful views from both front and back porches. The exterior of the home is brick & vertical siding with trim accents painted Black Magic 1001-7 from Pittsburgh Paints and cedar accents stained Sierra. The metal roof is in a Matte Black.
Wood-Look tile in Artisan Wood Light Cedar 8×40 is used throughout most of the home. Our homeowners selected the Sleek Trim Package, painted Decorator White. The walls are also painted Decorator White.
The kitchen features a shaker cabinet style with cabinets extending to the ceiling. The perimeter and island cabinets are painted Iron Ore. The statement light fixture was provided by our homeowners.
The kitchen island is our ergonomically engineered Mustang Island with custom waterfall countertop, Sharp drawer microwave, 36″ Kohler Whitehaven two bowl farm sink, and the Brizo Litze kitchen faucet. The countertops are Calcatta Clara quartz. The backsplash is the Marble Marmara/Dolomite Versailles Palace Polished mosaic.
The primary suite features a spacious bedroom and luxurious bath with dual vanities, pedestal tub, and walk-in shower. The Shaker style bathroom cabinets are painted Naval with a quartz countertop in Calcatta Clara. Gala Winds Breath Matte 12×24″ tile is used on the floor in an offset pattern and the coordinating polished version is used on the shower surround & bath surrounds. The shower floor is the River Rocks Carrara White Sliced Polished mosaic. The plumbing fixtures are Moen Flara in gold. Light fixtures were provided by the homowner.
The rest of the home is full of beautiful details like the countertop-to-ceiling subway tile backsplash in the pantry and patterned tile accents throughout.
