We have just completed another gorgeous home and are so excited to share the details with you! This is a 3,679 square foot one-story home with an in-ground pool. For the exterior of the home our client chose Santa Monica king size brick with grey mortar, Oklahoma Builders stone with white mortar and selected Eiffel Tower 521-4 from Pittsburgh Paints for the trim.
Luxury Vinyl flooring, in Adura Iron Hill Coal, is used throughout most of house. The family room features cedar beams, stained Deep Ebony, and a 16 foot vinyl sliding door that allows expansive views of the backyard and pool. The stone fireplace uses the same stone as the exterior with a cedar mantle, stained Deep Ebony.
Our homeowners chose a raised panel cabinet style in two colors for the kitchen, added glass door accents and extended the cabinets to the ceiling. The perimeter is painted Decorator White with a Gray glaze and the island is stained Espresso. The venthood is the 36″ Abington style with pull-out spice racks. The island is accented by three pendants.
The kitchen island is our ergonomically engineered Mustang Island, Sharp drawer microwave, and 36″ Kohler Whitehaven two bowl farm sink. The countertops are Bianco Antico granite and the backsplash is a Silver Travertine 2×2″ Tumbled mosaic with a cooktop accent in Encierro Nemesis Bricklay 2×4″ mosaic.
The master suite features a tray ceiling bedroom and luxurious bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower. The Raised Panel style bathroom cabinets are stained Espresso with a granite countertop in Azul Platino. Southerleigh Hopp 16×16″ tile, laid diagonal, is used on the floor and shower surround, laid square, with a coordinating mosaic on the shower floor, San Giulio Via Gray 2×2″ mosaic. The shower also has an accent band in the same mosaic used for the floor.
The rest of the home is full of beautiful details such as the built-in desk and shelves in the study, large pantry with stained shelving, and tiled entry area with a tongue & groove barrel ceiling.
Our homeowners chose to include a pool with their new home. They selected our Geronimo Creek XL pool with spa and tanning ledge.
